REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

We sell digital products. No physical returns are required.

EU/EEA consumers generally have 14 days to cancel. This right ends when supply begins only with your prior express consent, acknowledgement of losing that right and the required confirmation.

To cancel or report missing, faulty or incorrectly described content, email theguidefoundry@libero.it. We will provide the remedy required by law, including correction, price reduction or refund where applicable.

Valid cancellation refunds are issued within 14 days of your notice, normally to your original payment method. Statutory rights remain unaffected and fault claims are not limited to 14 days.
