What do I get when I buy a guide?

Three files: the guide (PDF, about 30 pages), the worksheets you fill in (PDF) and an Excel tracker with the formulas already built. All three are included in the price.

When do I get the files?

Straight away. You receive a download link by email as soon as your payment goes through, and the link is also on your order confirmation page.

What devices can I use?

The PDFs open on any computer, phone, tablet or e-reader. The tracker is an .xlsx file: Excel, Numbers on a Mac and Google Sheets all open it.

Is anything posted to me?

No. Everything is a digital download. The book images on the store are mockups of what the guides look like.

How do bundles work?

Several guides in one purchase at a lower price: two for €19.90, three for €29.90, or a whole category from €29.90. Every guide in a bundle keeps its worksheets and tracker, and a bundle includes exactly the guides listed on its page. Buying two separate guides instead? 15% comes off both automatically at checkout.

Can I download a guide more than once?

Yes. The link stays tied to your order. If you need the files again, email us and we’ll help.

Do the guides get updated?

Yes. Guides are revised when something in them stops being accurate. If you own one, email us with your order number and we send you the current edition at no cost.

Can I get a refund?

If a file is damaged, unreadable or clearly not what the product page described, email us and we’ll refund you. EU consumers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which ends once the download begins only if you agreed to that beforehand. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Do these guides replace professional advice?

No. They give practical, general information and do not replace a doctor, accountant, lawyer or other qualified professional for your specific situation.
