Every guide sold here is a digital product. You download it straight after payment; nothing is posted and nothing ships.

Your right to change your mind

If you are a consumer in the European Union you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Digital content is the exception: that right ends once the download begins, and only if you agreed to it beforehand. At checkout you are asked to confirm that you want immediate access and that you accept losing the 14-day withdrawal right once the download starts. Until you confirm, the right stands.

When we refund you anyway

• The file is damaged, unreadable, or materially different from what the product page described.
• A technical problem stopped you downloading it, and we could not fix it.
• You were charged twice for the same order.

In those cases you get your money back in full, to the payment method you used, whether or not you already opened the file.

What we do not refund

A change of mind after you have downloaded and read the guide. The product page tells you the page count, the format, the chapter list and who the guide is not for, precisely so you can decide before you pay rather than after.

How to ask

Email hello@theguidefoundry.com within 14 days of your order, with your order number and what went wrong. We reply within two working days. If a refund is due it is issued within 14 days of us agreeing to it.

Bundles

A discounted order of two or more guides is refunded as a whole, on the same conditions above, not guide by guide.
